Thornes, Child of; Thorn Dependent - - 7/14/1876 E 417 67 In April of 2004 all that the US Department of Veteran's Affairs Nationwide Gravesite Locator recorded for the infant Thornes Freddie Thomas was that he was the "son (minor child) of Thornes, MUS, US ARMY." The infant Thornes' presence in the cemetery is a testimony to the childhood mortality of the times. In April of 2004 the U.S. Department of Veteran's Affairs Database recorded the child's surname as "Thorn." |
