Thomas Curtis
- Private USA Massachusetts - 11/18/1882 E 370 85 Curtis was a private in Company F of the 8th United State Infantry Regiment. The 8th Infantry was created in 1838 and, after service in the Mexican and Civil Wars, the regiment was transferred to California in 1878. Parts of the 8th, including its headquarters, were stationed at Angel Island for periods of time during the 1880's. Curtis' Company F was stationed on the island at the time of his death. |
