Daniel Miller
- Corporal USA Pennsylvania - 8/10/1870 E 339 33 Miller was a corporal in Company E of the 23 United States Infantry. The 23rd Infantry was created from part of the 14th Infantry in 1866. The 23rd served throughout the west, although it appears that no part of the regiment was ever stationed on Angel Island or Alcatraz, making Miller's presence on Angel Island at the time of his death a mystery. |
